Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Application of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") shall apply to all bookings made with The Unique Club, trade name trading under Unique Music LTD a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14355157 having its registered office at International House, 126 Colmore Row, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B3 3AP. 1.2 By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms to the exclusion of any other terms that you may seek to impose or incorporate.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required. If the Deposit is not received within 14 days of the date on which these Terms and Conditions are issued to the Client (“Contract Issue Date”) , then the booking will not be confirmed.
2.2 Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of the event and services by The Unique Club.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 In the Event that the client cancels the event by providing 30 days or less written notice to The Unique Club, then the client shall be liable to pay 50% of the remainder of the fees owed to The Unique Club in full.
3.2 Cancellations must be in writing via email. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.

4. Services and Inclusions
4.1 The Unique Club will provide all products, services, and staffing as detailed on the booking confirmation or invoice. Our services are covered by insurance and all electronic items are fully PAT tested.

5. Substitution
5.1 We reserve the right to substitute a comparable product, service, or staff member in the event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Performance & Running Times
6.1 Agreed performance and running times will be discussed and confirmed with the client at the time of booking.
6.2 The Unique Club aims to arrive within a set time to be fully ready prior to the event start time. This will be confirmed with the client prior to the event date. However, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or heavy unexpected traffic may affect our arrival time.

7. Force Majeure
7.1 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, where circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, neither party shall be liable for any costs or expenses incurred. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, terrorist attacks or civil war, epidemics or pandemics, any law or action taken by a government or public authority, or any other factor outside of The Unique Club's reasonable control. In such circumstances, The Unique Club shall not be held liable for any loss or costs incurred by the Client.

8. Liability
8.1 Our liability for any damages or losses is limited to the total value of the Booking Contract.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Complaints
10.1 Any complaints should be made in writing via email, within 14 calendar days of the event date. We will fully investigate and respond to all complaints within 40 calendar days.

Lighting Effects and Health Conditions

We incorporate various lighting effects into our events, potentially including strobes, flashing lights, lasers, haze and pyrotechnic effects. If any of your guests attending the event have sensitivity to lights due to conditions such as epilepsy, we kindly request that you inform us prior to the event. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
